What you choose to share

Submitting the optional pilot request form shares your email address, business role, selected interest and the problem description you enter. Please never include passwords, access tokens, workflow exports containing secrets, identity documents or customer personal data.

Purpose and retention

We use this data only to evaluate your specific enquiry and, where appropriate, reply. We do not add you to a newsletter or sell lead data. Form submissions are stored on a restricted server database and normally deleted after up to 30 days. The site records only anonymous daily page-view counters for internal research. We do not add marketing cookies or tracking pixels.

Who operates the infrastructure

Web hosting, HTTPS tunnelling and email delivery require service providers that may process connection metadata under their own policies. We do not intentionally log visitor IP addresses in the application. The form does not collect payment information and there is no checkout.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, erasure or an end to contact about your request. We will honor opt-out messages. To get in touch, write to aiventurelab@agentmail.to.
